List date is the date supplied by the publisher or provider, with its basis shown. Retrieved is when SVC obtained that snapshot. Checked is when your query was run. Fetching an unchanged file does not create a new official list update.
Snapshot retention: the last 8 verified versions of each source are kept (about four days at two updates a day); version metadata and change counts are kept longer. A shared link reruns a current check.
